2009 edition

The 2009 edition of Knowledge for Growth took place on Thursday 7 May 2009 at the ICC ghent.

The Focus of this edition was Trends and New Markets in Life Sciences.

Besides the principal ingredients of the convention, we also organised a Job Event, giving companies and jobseekers in the life sciences an opportunity to get to know each other, and an Academic Lounge where all Flemish universities and several research institutes presented promising proven research and technologies with potential commercial applications.

With 720 individual participants (almost 200 more than the 2008 edition) and featured stands or presentations from over 80 companies, the 2009 edition was the most successful edition since its inception.
