Pre-plan your participation to Knowledge for Growth, identify and schedule meetings with potential partners, and foster deeper delegate engagement via discussion forums and direct communications.

Each delegate has received a unique link to access the networking tool (no extra cost: included in your exhibitor/sponsor/delegate registration package).
How to get most out of the tool?
Make sure that your company profile & your personal profile are both up-to-date. This is very important in order to maximize partner search.
Go to the "Your Profiles”page and LOGIN (with your username and password or Sign in with LinkedIn)
Choose Edit company profile to update your company profile
Choose Edit personal profile to update your personal profile
Go to the Tab CALENDAR and set your availability. The timeslots during which one-on-one meetings can take place, are default marked as available (first timeslot = 11:00 AM, last timeslot = 4:00 PM).
To mark a timeslot as unavailable, hover over the timeslot and click “make unavailable”.
E.g.: if you don’t want to miss a talk in the programme (check programme), mark this as unavailable.
Go to the TAB Members and see who else is on the Knowledge for Growth networking tool (FYI: we will invite all Knowledge for Growth attendees to join the tool but they will have to click the link before they are visible in the tool and hence available to book B2B Meetings with) and easily request meetings with them by clicking the "meeting request" button. You can also use the Search (Explore Knowledge for Growth people and companies) to look for companies & participants on keywords.
If your request is accepted, the Knowledge for Growth networking tool will find a time slot and meeting location, based on the common availability of both parties.
The duration of a meeting is 30’.
FlandersBio will foresee 50 tables on the ground floor of the conference venue (Ghent ICC) to accommodate the one-on-one meetings.
You will receive a notification via email (sent by email@example.com) whenever you are invited for a meeting. Simply click the link in that email to accept or decline the meeting.

! IMPORTANT ! No personal meeting schedules will be printed by us. We will foresee 2 info desks on May 18th on which you can consult your B2B Meeting programme yourself, and print it. You can also print your schedule beforehand, by using the Download or Export Calendar functionality in the tool.
