The conference fee includes:

  • Access to the full programme (graduating master / graduating bachelor students only have access to the afternoon programme)

  • Welcome coffee, lunch & coffee breaks (not for graduating master / graduating bachelor students)
  • Closing reception (not for graduating master / graduating bachelor students)

Important remarks:

  • The fee does NOT include travel and accomodation expenses.
  • The registration fee must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
  • After registration cancellation is not possible but replacement by a colleague is possible.
