EXHIBITOR MANUAL
Once your booth is confirmed (= payment is met) you will receive an exhibitor manual. This manual contains additional information on:

how to register your delegates (tickets included in your package)
how to order printed booth panels (optional for Full Access Exhibitor Packages)
how to order extra furniture (optional for Full Access Exhibitor Packages)
how to get the most out of your virtual company profile
deadlines for submission
construction and dismantling timeline
the conference venue
safety measurements
shipments
etc.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PHYSICAL BOOTH

First come, first served! Select your preferred booth location on the floorplan during registration.

On-site booths are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the conference venue.

Ground floor = where the Entrance, Partnering Area and the Academic Showcase are located.
First floor = where the lectures take place (in the Auditorum and Break-out Rooms).

Catering will be provided both on the ground floor and on the first floor. For exhibitors, free catering is included during the entire day.

A booth is 3m wide x 2m deep (measurements inside: 1m90 deep, 2m90 wide, 2m50 high).
