For its 21th edition, the event will take place in the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp on Thursday 8 May 2025, featuring a veritable who's who of life sciences players and young upcoming talents.

BOOTH REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Select your booth on the floorplan and fill out the form;
Medicongress (PCO) confirms your order by sending you the invoice* and exhibitor manual;
Medicongress (PCO) provides you with the exhibitor manual, including further instructions and practical details;
Order any additional extra's (TV, furniture, printed booth panels) before the deadline stipulated in the manual.
