Carla Snoeck is Principal New Ventures Manager at VIB, the leading life sciences focussed research institute in Belgium. She is responsible for the creation of successful novel ventures in life sciences based on innovative science and technologies from VIB. She is currently board member in Animab and previously Dualyx. Carla also has broad experience in Intellectual Property strategy and management. She had different positions within VIB Innovation & Business as Invention Analyst and IP Manager and previously worked as Patent Counsel at FujiRebio, an international company focused on in vitro diagnostics.
Carla Snoeck holds a Master in Bioscience Engineering and a Master in Industrial Engineering and obtained a Ph.D. in Applied Biological Sciences from the KU Leuven (Belgium).
