Ief Leroy holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Antwerp, Belgium as well as a post graduate in Business Administration from the University of Brussels, Belgium
Ief worked his full career in the management of Lifescience Capex projects. He started as Project manager and had subsequent increasing responsibilities onto the global level with international engineering companies.
In his present role, he is the Managing Partner (CEO) of XILS, the mother company of VILS and BILS, solution providers for the ATMP and linked industries with offices in Belgium, The Netherlands and Switzerland.
He serves as Independent Chairman of the board at MyCellHub.
Ief is married to Leen, a foodie and global nomad.
He has lived and worked in multiple countries. The current base is Dublin, Ireland.
