Online registrations for Full Access tickets are cut off on 30 April- 23:59 CEST, allowing only on-site registrations* after that date.
*A handling fee of €50 will be charged for on-site registrations.
Exhibitors and Sponsors have a number of tickets included in their package. Unique registration codes will be provided when ticket registration opens and after payment of the exhibitor/sponsor package. Make sure to validate your unique code(s) for a ticket!

Cancellation Policy: Notifications received until 3 April get refunded for 100%. All notifications received from April 3rd until May 1st get refunded for 50% minus an administrative fee of 50 euro. Cancellation requests received after May 1st won't be refunded at all. Replacement by a colleague is always allowed.
