! The doctoral schools below will only reimburse the participation of PhD students that submit an abstract (see: https://knowledgeforgrowth.be/abstracts/). Abstract submission is open until 16 March 2024. PhD students that submit an abstract will receive a unique registration code after this closing date.

Note: All above mentioned fees are 21% VAT excluded
Cancellation Policy: Notifications received until 3 April get refunded for 100%. All notifications received from April 3rd until May 1st get refunded for 50% minus an administrative fee of 50 euro. Cancellation requests received after May 1st won't be refunded at all. Replacement by a colleague is always allowed.
